Request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund applies to unused credit balance only.
You are eligible for a refund if your purchase was made within the last 14 calendar days and you request the refund before the 14-day window closes.
Refunds are calculated on unused credits only:
Refund amount = Purchase price × (Unused credits ÷ Total credits purchased)
Example: You purchased $50 in credits and used $18 worth. Your refund would be $32.
Credits consumed by failed generations (model errors, no output) are automatically refunded to your credit balance instantly. These do not count as "used" credits for refund calculations.
Submit a refund request through the website contact form with your account email and date of purchase. We process refunds within 5 business days via Paddle to your original payment method.
Requests after 14 days will not be honoured. Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible. Promotional or free credits are non-refundable.
