By using jad.ooo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by 172 Tech (172tech.com).
jad.ooo provides access to ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 AI video generation model through authorized API partners. We provide a web-based studio interface and API access for generating, editing, and extending video content.
Access requires purchasing credits: $20 (trial) or $50 (renewal). Credits are per-second based on the mode used (Quality $0.45/s, Fast $0.24/s). Credits are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Credits are non-transferable. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree not to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, depicts minors inappropriately, promotes violence or hate speech, infringes intellectual property, depicts real persons without consent, or is politically sensitive or designed to deceive. Violations may result in account suspension and credit forfeiture.
You retain ownership of your prompts and uploaded reference files. Generated content is subject to ByteDance's model terms. We do not claim ownership of generated output. You are responsible for legal compliance of generated content.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee model availability, uptime, or generation quality. The upstream Seedance 2.0 model may experience downtime, rate limits, or content moderation actions beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased in the prior 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. You may close your account at any time and request a refund of unused credits per our refund policy.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 172 Tech operates.
